Content Columns

Content Columns and Content Blocks are ways for you to add chunks of functionality to parts of your web store.

BV Commerce comes with some pre-populated Content Columns and Content Blocks. These cannot be deleted from your admin page, but you can choose which ones you want to display on your web store.

In addition, you can create custom Content Columns and Content Blocks.

Be aware that not all BV Commerce themes will display all Content Columns.

You can find the Content Column page under Pages. Currently, not all Content Columns are active in BV Commerce. You can now access Homepage 1, 2, and 3, Category Sidebar and Checkout Sidebar. The other Columns are coming soon!

There are three Content Columns available on the Home Page of your store. The first is located where your side menu is. The second is where the products are showing up. The third is currently blank on this page. Remember that certain themes will not display all Content Columns.

Click on Edit to see your Content Column choices. You will see the Content Block that is currently displayed on the sample store.
