Product Reviews

Your BV Commerce shopping cart allows your customers to leave reviews of products. It also allows you to moderate reviews if you wish.

Product Review Options

To choose your Product Review options, go to Options: Product Reviews. There you can choose whether you’d like to moderate reviews, allow product ratings (as opposed to just text reviews) and how many reviews at a time you would like to feature for each product.

After you make your choices, click OK to save your changes.

Moderating Product Reviews

To moderate your product reviews, go to Catalog: Reviews. There you will see reviews that need to be moderated. You can choose to Approve, Edit or Delete a review.

Editing Product Reviews

Here is what the Edit Review page looks like. If you need to edit a review, make your changes here and click OK to save your changes.

Review Notification on Dashboard

When you log in to your BV Commerce admin page, you will be notified if there are any product reviews that need moderation.
