What is the foreign language text on my store?

This is "Lorem Ipsum" filler text that's a placeholder until you enter your real content. To change this in the Seattle or Summer Store theme, you need to go to your Edit Theme page and select Header/Footer from the left hand navigation bar. Look for the "Lorem Ipsum" text and replace it with your real text. Remember to save your changes and then click Go to Store to see your changes.

Is there any way for customers to purchase from my store if they don't have an e-mail address?

No. Customers need to enter their e-mail addresses so you can send them order receipts. If this is a problem, consider placing your phone number on your store so customers can order over the phone.

I'm trying to run a test purchase, but nothing's happening.

Out of the box the BV Commerce test processor is set up to reject all cards. To change this, go to Options: Payment Methods.Then click Edit Credit Cards and then Edit Payment Gateway. Then you can adjust your payment processor options.

I made changes to my store, but when I click Go to Store nothing happens!

Make sure you clicked Select This Theme on the main theme page. You may have a different them selected. If that doesn’t work, make sure you didn’t change your image names. Even changing HeaderBg.png to lower case headerBg.png might cause your image not to work.

My image background color is just slightly different than my hex code color appearing on the web page. How can I fix this?

This is an issue with your image editor. If you’re using Photoshop, go into “Color Settings” and turn color management off. You may need to resave your images in Photoshop and upload them to the theme again.
